Click to zoom the image  Body intensity is proud to announce the development of our own Boot Camp. This six week course of intensive fitness training will push you to your limits, and redefine them!

  Here you will build your strength, stamina, increase flexibility and lose the weight you want. Typical results are 7 to 10 pounds over the course of the Boot Camp session.

  So what is a fitness boot camp?

  A fitness boot camp is a type of physical training program conducted by gyms, personal trainers, and former military personnel.

  Boot Camp training often combines running, interval training, and many other exercises using weights and/or body weight to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, and help people get into a routine of regular exercise. Many programs offer nutrition advice as well. It is called "boot camp" because it trains groups of people, typically outdoors, and may be similar to military basic training.
